As our products are perishables, we cannot accept returns. To maintain a good relationship with our valued customers, we offer refunds and replacements at our sole discretion if your fruit has arrived inedible.
If you would like to report an item which has become damaged or perished during transit, please:-
Take a photo of the inedible product
Put the product into your refrigerator
Send the photos to info@nostagicni.co.uk, please include your order number in the subject
All requests must contact us within 24 hours of order receipt We are not responsible for products that spoil if there is not someone to receive your delivery on the date that you request it, full tracking is provided and can be requested anytime after dispatch. You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch, please contact +44 7497 390324 or info@nostagicni.co.uk to cancel your order.
